Sonoma County freddie Blanc de noir brut sparkling
$75.00
Varietal: 80% Pinot 20% Chardonnay
Appellation: Sonoma County
Production: 65 cases
Crafted in the traditional method, this Blanc de Noir is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, aged for two years both on the lees and in bottle to build depth and elegance.
Bright aromas of crisp green apple lead the way, carrying through to the palate alongside fresh pear. A creamy, well-balanced mid-palate gives the wine beautiful body and structure, while vibrant minerality keeps it focused and refreshing. The finish is long and clean, with delicate notes of brioche and fresh-baked bread from extended lees aging.
Elegant, refreshing, and wonderfully versatile, this sparkling wine is equally at home as an aperitif or alongside oysters, fresh seafood, creamy cheeses, or any reason worth celebrating.
