My dosage, a portion of liquid which is added to the Champagne after disgorgement, also known as ‘liqueur de dosage’ is what makes this sparkling special. Rather than adding sugar, I used red wine!

The beautiful, delicate bubbles and the vivid, sexy pink color invite you in to the classic slightly yeasty nose, with hints of fruit. Rich on the palate, with crisp raspberries on the delightfully clean finish.
