Introducing New Wine Saturdays!
On select Saturdays, we’ll feature a rotating lineup of my newest releases, including one very special wine that you won’t normally find on the tasting bar.

You may have noticed the sparkling wine appears on all three Saturdays. That’s because we produced just 44 cases, and rather than pour it every day, we’re making it a special feature available only during these New Wine Saturdays. Once it’s gone… it’s gone.
Make your reservations, gather a few friends, and come spend the day with us tasting some of the newest wines to come out of the Mercury cellar. I think you’re going to love what we’ve been working on.
