We’re not just pouring wine, we’re putting it to the test.

Each dish will be paired with two different wines, and you get to decide which wine pairs best, or both!

It’s all about great food, great wine, and a little friendly debate!

What I’m Pairing: I’ll be featuring a couple of brand-new favorites:

* 2025 Sauvignon Musqué

* 2022 Russian River Pinot Noir

Paired with grilled salmon and asparagus - clean, fresh, and just about perfect for summer. And I’ll also be pouring a couple more for you to taste: 2023 Freddie Rosé and 2021 Sonoma County Zinfandel

What Jim’s Pairing: Jim’s bringing something a little richer to the table:

• Gewürztraminer

• Sémillon

Paired with stuffed pork tenderloin - bold, flavorful, and a great contrast to my lineup.

What to Expect:

• New releases + old favorites.

• Thoughtful food pairings.

• Plenty of laughs, opinions, and “aha” moments.

• A laid-back afternoon that still feels a little elevated.

• $35 per person

• Includes tastings + food pairings

• Plus, you’ll receive a $5 credit toward any wine purchase (Because good decisions should be rewarded).
