This Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful pale lemon color and has an intense citrusy/tropical nose. Both translate to the palate, the citrus picks up on the mid, but the melon brings complexity and interest, with hints of a delightful tropicality! It has fantastic structure throughout; perfectly balanced acidity gives you a crisp, clean finish with just a bit of spice... while fantastic with food I find this one to be an excellent porch-pounder. :)
