This Pinot Noir comes from the southeastern portion of the Sonoma Coast appellation, practically on the outskirts of Petaluma, which is known for its rich fertile earth. The climate is very similar to Carneros, with a heavy marine layer that stays late and comes back early.

The nose of our Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is an intense dark raspberry with hints of strawberry. On the palate, you are greeted with black cherry, strawberry and a hint of candied cherry that gives way to a rich earthy mid palate. The tannins are well-structured and take you to a nice smooth finish with a classic California cherry.

Please try this amazing 2008 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir.
